

TRISTAN CARR
Drummer, percussionist & educator
Tristan Carr is a Melbourne-based drummer, percussionist and teacher. Ever since picking up the sticks as a six-year-old, he has never wanted to stop playing his drums.
Tristan is currently studying a Bachelor of Music Industry and majoring in Performance at Box Hill Institute. He is a talented player in many styles of music including rock, pop, jazz and latin. He is particularly passionate about musical theatre, having played in award-winning show "Mary Poppins", "School of Rock" and "Freaky Friday". He is the regular drummer of the Melbourne Contemporary Choir, One Church and the annual State Youth Games, and often gigs with his bands Hot Jazz Trio and Antenna.
Tristan is a recording artist having recently recorded for Follow The Robbin, One Church and Antenna. He is also a devoted teacher and works for the music database software, Music Monitor.
